Men's shirts are pre-shrunk 100% cotton. Women's fitted Ts are 60% cotton/ 40% polyester. Women's fitted style runs smaller than the men's/unisex style. I wear a medium in men's/unisex but a large in women's fitted.

Second pic shows the women's fitted style. 3rd picture shows both measurements.
